Ian, a graduate of Emory University School of Law and Florida A&M University, holds a Doctor of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He has represented Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, faith-based organizations, nonprofits and individuals, assisting them in navigating intricate legal and operational challenges. Ian’s expertise encompasses negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts, facilitating the transformation of vision and strategic plans into operational strategies, securing intellectual property protections, and impartially analyzing evidence to fairly resolve disputes that span from regulatory compliance matters to high-stakes civil disputes.
Presently, Ian serves as general counsel and operational officer for a non-profit organization, where he advises executive leadership on technology, construction, compliance, and legal strategy while overseeing large-scale capital projects. His proficiency in mediation and dispute resolution, coupled with a steadfast commitment to ethical leadership, positions him as a valuable resource in organizational development and strategic planning.
